We utilize our contacts with these banks and several other banks in order to get your short sales and loan modifications approved.
Our goal is to make every situation a win-win for all parties involved. We help homeowners avoid foreclosures, lenders realize greater recoveries, and realtors get short sales approved.
We charge no out of pocket fees for our services. We do not get paid unless we get your deal closed.
